Inter Milan star Lautaro Martinez has already made his feelings clear about Manchester United star Cristiano Ronaldo amid Old Trafford links.
The Argentinian forward has been mooted with a move to the Premier League, namely the Reds, after reports suggested that United have ‘offered’ a swap deal for the 24-year-old. Current interim boss Ralf Rangnick has already made repeated claims of the need for their attacking options.
“It is obvious the club and the team need more players, for the very reason that quite a few players have no contracts anymore and some other players are not available anymore, some players might want to get more game-time and are on loan already,” the German revealed. “It is obvious the club needs quite a few new players.”

Martinez knows all about the 37-year-old from their clashes in Serie A, during Ronaldo’s spell with Juventus. Juve endured a rivalry with Inter and saw their dominance end as Antonio Conte led the Nerazzurri to the Scudetto and dethroned the Old Lady last season.
“We all know Cristiano, he is a champion like Messi, he can change a game at any moment,” he said to Sky Sport, via Marca in 2019. “Juventus have many players that are of the highest quality, we can’t only pay attention to Ronaldo.”
