Erik ten Hag has outlined the plans he would look to implement at Old Trafford should he become the next Manchester United manager.

The Ajax boss held “positive” talks with United chiefs this week as they begin interviewing candidates for the manager’s position at the club. Those talks have led to Ten Hag becoming the favourite for the job and he could be appointed this summer.

And Ten Hag’s past comments appear to perfectly sum up his philosophy – and show how much he’s learnt from City’s Guardiola.
