MANCHESTER UNITED reportedly sent scouts to Portugal to watch Porto’s clash against Pacos de Ferreira at the weekend.
But the Red Devils employees weren’t the only prying eyes in attendance.
Portuguese newspaper O Bola claim SIX teams sent representatives to watch the Primeira Liga leaders in action.
And in a game that Porto won 4-2, O Bola report a ‘monstrous exhibition’ from midfielder Vitinha would have caught the eye of those in the stands.
The ‘genius’ 22-year-old scooped the man-of-the-match award on the day, putting in a show in front of a number of potential employers.
Vitinha has played 34 times this campaign, including in all six of Porto’s Champions League group stage games.
But he’s a name that may already be familiar to some Premier League fans.
Vitinha spent the 2020/21 season on loan at Wolves, and made his full Premier League debut for the club at Old Trafford.

The highlight of his temporary stay in the West Midlands came in the FA Cup though, where Vitinha scored a 30-yard wondergoal against National League side Chorley.
He’s gone from strength to strength since returning from Molineux, resulting in reported interest from a host of top clubs.
Also watching Porto at the weekend were scouts from Leicester City, Atletico Madrid, Real Valladolid, Tenerife, Club Brugge and Freiburg.
And Vitinha’s performance is likely to have clubs queuing up to enquire for his services.
He’s valued at just under £11million by Transfermarkt, but with just over two years left on his contract Porto could be forced into selling sooner rather than later.
