Crystal Palace manager Patrick Viera has been asked about Aaron Wan-Bissaka’s potential return to the club in January.

Wan-Bissaka’s days at Manchester United may be numbered, and Palace are among a handful of Premier League suitors.

But Viera has refused to be drawn to transfer speculation, offering a coy response to a question about Wan-Bissaka.

He said: “He is a Man United player. He’s a good player; there’s no doubt about that. But you know, we will not go through different names. We respect the player.

“The player is a Man United player, and there’s nothing more to say about that.”
