Anthony Elanga explains United dressing room mood over Ten Hag arrival
Anthony Elanga has revealed that the Manchester United squad is feeling ‘very, very positive’ about the prospect of working with Erik ten Hag.
It has been another disastrous season for United this term, but the club did manage to pull off one of their aims by securing their next permanent manager before the campaign ended. It was confirmed last month that Ajax boss Ten Hag would take over from interim boss Ralf Rangnick in the summer.
The 52-year-old has put pen to paper on a three-year deal at Old Trafford, with the option of a further 12 months, with United paying £1.75million to release him from his contract in Amsterdam. Excitement is high among supporters about the future under Ten Hag, who is renowned for playing an exciting brand of passing football and developing young players.
